I used different brands of wood glue. Elmers Wood Glue, titebond Wood Glue, Super Glue Wood Glue, Gorilla Wood Glue and a few others, Gorilla Glue has always been my favorite but Aleen Wood Glue blows them all out of the water. It's thicker than regular wood glue, dries faster, and after about 30 minutes you'll have a hard time pulling the glued parts apart. In fact, I tried to tear two pieces of wood and a piece of wood came out instead. This will of course be the only wood glue I use once I've used up the rest of my stash. My only criticism is that they only pack it in 4 ounce bottles. It's also very affordable.
