I like that it's free to use for small teams (not just large companies).

The team is really friendly in response times when you need support or have questions about their product/marketing strategy etc - they are always very helpful! It can be confusing at first but if there isn't someone who has used other products out therse then stick around as its easy enough once your comfortable using them! We're currently implementing this across our organisation so we've found some great ways of integrating into existing processes which makes life easier than trying all these things myself.
