Too tight on Panasonic vacuum tube
Unfortunately the crevice tool is too tight on the 1 1/4" vacuum tube. Join overlap area. Less stress area, I think the likelihood of the plastic crevice tool in future in this area is high, a possible solution might be to grind the inside of the crevice tool to increase the internal diameter, too bad they did it with a 1mm wider hole.
