This product indicates the possibility of mirroring your device without Wi-Fi because the instructions are of poor quality. They order instructions to make you think, plug it into your TV, then plug in the device and use the screen mirror. But that's not the case. You need to connect it to your router and then connect your device to the same router. A screen mirroring system that works this way makes a smart TV on your TV, not a screen mirroring device. That's pretty much useless for a smart TV, as you still need another device to use it. I would recommend spending your money on a better system. This device is basically obsolete. This is the worst version of Google Cast or Fire Stick and the instructions are poorly translated. DO NOT BUY THIS if you want to watch your phone or tablet on your TV as there are much easier to use devices out there.
