I love decorating cakes but fibromyalgia and hand pain often get in the way. Extrusion can be very difficult for your hands, so finding the right extruder is crucial. It's so easy to extrude due to its design, I can literally do it with one finger. It has 20 stamps (I think that's how it's spelled) that you can use to create rope, hair, rope and whatnot. It does everything just like any other extruder, just simpler. And I love how much product it contains. Some other extruders can sometimes only hold half of the product, so you have to keep refilling them. I'm not sure, but I assume the above applies to clay as well - just make sure you're not using the same extruder. for clay and cake.
