I Needed A Quiet Timer To Pass The Texas Bar Exam (2013). That was excellent. It has multiple settings on the side and one that is completely silent. It never beeped even if you set the time. The downside is that it has really bright flashing lights that can be distracting, but as someone else suggested I only used 3 layers of tape to hide the lights (which are on the T1 and T2 buttons) and the lights weren't a problem. . The tape didn't stop me from picking the timer I wanted to set.
