Review on Four Seasons 36785 Fan Clutch by Edward Freeland

Terrible device, completely failed after about 4-5 weeks. Initially the fan stalled intermittently (I live in the Seattle area and it wasn't hot enough for the fan to turn on fully - the air temp is 70-80 by the way), after a few weeks it stalled the fan completely (the fan fully on ) all the time, from the first start of the engine, before I turn it off. Driving with a constantly screeching fan is no fun! I finally gave in and replaced it with another (just over $$) from a local auto shop in mid-August. If you need an expensive paperweight, this can come in handy.
