We use the Breeville Smart Oven instead of our regular oven as it has all the features we need including air frying. This accessory allows us to fry in the air without stopping in the middle and turning the food over. We made blueberry muffins in a muffin tin and they came out perfect and the cornbread came out in a muffin tin. It is recommended to put foil on the bottom of the air skillet for easy cleaning.
