This is a good product that does what it says on the tin. Two stars not for the product. Two stars for very poor instructions. The alarm button you are wearing cannot be unscrewed to change the battery. You need to pull the cover off and then remove the three small Phillips screws. The font in the instructions is very small. I would think of the marketing department. from this company would have increased the pressure as many of the sales would have gone to the elderly. My instructions also kept talking about the doorbell. I didn't buy a doorbell. Bought a personal alarm system. The wrong instructions may have been included with the product. If I were younger I could sell them all day. IF they fixed the very bad instructions. I have to say that the packaging was very well done.
