I love the pun on "Oral in One Flosser" because it's definitely all in one! On the one hand he has a dental floss, and on the other hand an ordinary toothpick, but then! It also has two retractable attachments, one of which is another smaller and more flexible toothpick that I absolutely love! The other is a small wire toothbrush, which is a nice concept. I found it very easy to bend and difficult to use due to its fragility, but I'm sure some people will like it. When you order you will receive two packs of 10, that's 20 together, and they're individually wrapped, which is always nice if you want to stash a few in your car or purse. The bags also come with a small plastic carry case if you just want to carry an extra or two. Nice little bonus included. Overall these are really great dental flosses for the price. You'll be sure to pull out all the bells and whistles!
