Heavy and Truck Spring Fling
I found this spring with the 3" Firestik antenna just dangles and wiggles (looks like a dog wagging its tail while driving) when driven. down the road). However, it flexes well and protects the antenna from branches when off-road. This has become my off-road spring. Just note that your antenna will bend and slip under a branch and then snap back and onto the roof, that Hardtop, etc. (SUPER annoying in PNW) Unfortunately, the heavy spring is too stiff for my application and the middle spring is too soft.
