I like how they give you all of your options during setup; however some things are confusing when creating multiple companies (we have two). It's hard not knowing what will happen if one thing goes wrong because there isn't much help after creation or even before! Make sure each individual has their own website page so we can be easily found as well as our clients once created/set up within ZENBUSINESS!! We use this software daily at work to add customers into accounts while also managing them through customer service tickets etc. This saves us from having 2 people do these tasks every day which helps reduce costs since both employees only need 1 account instead of 3 separate ones just incase something happens along the way. Using zenbussiness allows me 100% control over my team members' accesses via email notifications sent out automatically upon.
