Tubes filled unevenly. In many cases these tubes have a significant air gap, either due to the hardener or the resin. On one I recently started with, the hardener formed a 3" bead before the resin caught up with it, causing an imbalance of the correct 1:1 ratio. I have experienced this many times. Very poor quality control. "Get rid of them no matter how full they are" seems to be the attitude of an otherwise very well-performing product. The company must work together. The epoxy tube should stick out a little more to gently stop the product and not cause mess when you put the cap back on. Overall the product is great and does what it is supposed to do.
