Ceiling mount screws are not included with the product and the size of the screws to be purchased is not specified. I contacted Revain customer service who had no idea to help me figure out the size of the screws I need to buy with this mount. I called Optoma support who held me twice to connect me to their engineering team. worst product support with brand and price. I expect this expensive mount to come with at least the necessary screws. very bad experience with product support. I will return it soon.
