The bag is very beautiful. Rigid construction. Attaches well to the bike. It's probably waterproof enough, but I haven't tried it in the rain. It was slightly larger than the bag I used and for that reason I didn't use this bag. I bumped into him every time I got off my bike and I just didn't like his profile. However, this is a matter of personal taste and not a problem with the bag. The size is given in the product description. I think the size is actually pretty normal; I'm just used to something smaller. Didn't send the bag back. I will probably use it in another application.
