Distortion, obvious decoy and spoofing - claims of RoHS compliance for the entire range of shelves (attached), but when I _finally got a CSR that even knew what the widely known compliance standard was, claim You do not have a certificate for this product. I couldn't believe it, please check again. They didn't match. The full demo (for my app) shouldn't even be launched from the start. If they hadn't lied I would have switched to buying from another manufacturer, I wasted unnecessary time/money/effort on shelving/estimating - time I will never get back. I'm done with this company - off my list. It's too risky to try their other products as I can't trust their documentation anymore.
