I bought this as a gift for my mother because Softlips is the only brand of lip balm she will use and she has had a hard time finding it in stores. She liked this gift very much and it served her for almost a whole year, she swears by these things. As for me, for some reason I always get a painful sore when using Softlips. I think I must be allergic to one of the ingredients but not sure which one.
