Basically - I feel ripped off
I ordered the size large for my 12 year old son. They sent a medium size which is more suitable for a small size and my son is NOT a big boy, he is actually a bit small for his age. I tried replacing them but it was a big hassle so after 2 washes with ZERO times we put them in the dryer and they still shrunk so much now they are so small on him he doesn't even wear them can! Ridiculous! π

- The quality is low. Even though I ordered 2 sizes bigger than my child's size, it still doesn't fit.
