The dream of a convection oven
We live in a van, so light products are important to us. Convection ovens place high demands on large, heavy or deep dishes and often cook unevenly. They are lightweight and are great for thinning many baked goods. They're very malleable, so I use a cutting board under the pans to gently and steadily slide the silicone mold in and out of the oven.
