I was having trouble with the touchscreen on a 2019 Samsung Tab A. Center, the touchscreen is unresponsive. If I just held it by the bottom edge, the touchscreen worked fine. After trying out the apps and customizing the touchscreen, I decided I needed something that would insulate the back of the device. This cover completely solved the problem. The case was very easy to install, including the silicone bumper attached to the outside. It looks like it will offer good protection as well. Cutouts for camera lenses and charging port just right. The buttons are pressed by silicone, but that works well too. I'll update the review as I've been using it for a while.
