Great product, more detailed instructions needed

The only reason this product received 4 stars is because it does not come with any instructions for use other than for 1:1 use. I had to research how to get good results from this product. On the other hand, beautiful shapes can be made from this liquid silicone. Very detailed and no bubbles. I made more than just the two I've pictured and used them a few times before writing this review. lesson I've learned. As much as you think it's better and cheaper, don't use cardboard. I did this on my first few molds and they leaked if I didn't seal them enough. I lost the product this way. use foam. It might not be free like cardboard, but it's worth it. Many form holders are obtained from one sheet. A glue gun is required. He closes all these gaps. I use 2 different types depending on the shape I'm making. Don't waste your space. If you can get more than one part in one form, please do so. I had to add more to what I had a few details in. I had wasted too much space and product. With this clear, it is more difficult to judge where the material is on the part being formed. I use a pin to determine where it is so I know whether or not to add more product. If it's too thin and square in each braid, the shape will break. In general I like the product very much. I had a lot of fun with him and he gave me many more ideas for my resin creations.

Pros
  • PREMIUM - Our silicone rubber with self-bubble removal, bubbles disappear automatically within 2 hours, no vacuum degassing required. Full curing time is approximately 12 hours at room temperature depending on mold size and thickness. Please note: the curing time depends on the temperature. If curing is too fast, it can be slowed down by cooling before application. If curing is too slow, heating can speed it up.
Cons
  • Obsolete model
