Uncomfortable, causing neck pain

Pillows were causing my husband and I neck pain. Bought them in October 2020 and got no relief. This caused neck pain the next day. I tried them for almost a month before telling my husband who also had the same experience. They were cheap on Prime Day so I'm glad I spent less than $20 on a set. I would be very upset if I spent more on pillows that I hope only my guests can enjoy.
