I spent my money on a basic 20-inch suitcase by Xiaomi. Based on the feedback, we decided to buy a suitcase from this vendor. The Xiaomi mi suitcase series 20" model, which is the one that arrived, is a more affordable option; it is also a different color and has a different branding on the luggage handles. I've placed a return order. The order was processed and the suitcase delivered in two days. However, you had to wait a week for the return. The "on the way" notification for the return lasted for 6 days. Support is at a loss for an answer when asked about the missing baggage. They offer to have "specialists" call back, but then say that they can only respond via letter, rerouting the plea to people who are impossible to reach directly. Amazon's live chat service eventually stopped responding to questions. I called the helpline and explained the situation; they didn't provide any more information than that the appeal had been upgraded. On the seventh day, the suitcase magically emerged at the seller's check and the refunding procedure began after I informed them that we would continue to settle the issue through Rospotrebnadzor. Consequently, there was a lot of wasted energy waiting and not communicating with the support staff, which knew nothing about the return's progress.
