As mentioned its most of time our customers never like leaving products with us. we can easily handle their queries from distance by connecting mobile app. they also like using the chat window for real time query resolution through the agent. in one point of view, this software doesn't support payment gateway integration. if you are looking out for some major changes then collect loyalty will be beneficial for your business. it's very easy to manage our customer care as well as sales department and track their performance. The best thing about Collect Loyalty is that it is a very easy to use platform. It is very user friendly and is very easy to learn. The only thing I dislike about Collect Loyalty is that it doesn't have a lot of customization options. It is a very easy to use platform and it is very easy to learn.
