It doesn't come with plug

So we bought it for a 2012 Nissan Rogue. My husband went to put it on our car and found that it was an outlet and needed a plug because you can't connect two outlets together. I have no doubt it would have worked, it's just that they didn't send the plug and the description doesn't say it didn't come with a plug. You can see the connector on the antenna on the phone, but this is not included in the scope of delivery.
