This Gaiam waist bag is medium in size and can hold a lot without being bulky. My approximate size estimate is 8.5 x 6 x 1.5 inches. I mainly use fanny packs for travel: if you have a suitcase and a backpack, it's nice to have a different way of carrying things. a pocket and a front pocket that runs across the width of the bag. There is no organization inside. The main compartment offers enough space for your phone, wallet, earphone, portable battery and charging cable. The front pocket is handy for things like passport and plane tickets. You can also put your phone in it, but it's easier to reach it in the main pocket. It is made of durable nylon material. The strap is also fairly smooth and the plastic buckle is flimsy but secure. It's actually so thin I have a hard time attaching it without looking. The zips are ok, although there is one corner on mine where the zip seems to snag a bit on the main pocket. Overall this is a pretty good fanny pack that I will use on my next trip.
