I buy these things religiously but the last pack I bought lasted a while so I haven't bought them in about a year. This last purchase ended up with a few scratches and cuts. These things should be safe to use on your face, but I had cuts between my eyes (unibrow area). I don't know if I was being too harsh or if these things got hotter. The ones that were previously smooth and glided easily over the skin while still capturing all the hair. The ones in this pack are rough, skin roughness can be felt, it pulls. Still removes hair but makes me a little wary of using it.
