I have no idea where these negative reviews are coming from. Perhaps these people are among the "rich and famous" who do pedicures and manicures and maintain a $100 clipper. I do not know. I'm an ordinary guy with awkward toenails. I've been using some old POS for years and finally decided it was time for an upgrade. My wife (she didn't have pedis or manis either) said they were a very good brand so I bought them. I started with my toes and found the toe clippers strong and clean and cut them with a lot less effort than my old ones. The nails were exactly the same. I don't know what these Debbie Downers are talking about. For real. I find them a) VERY affordable, b) high quality, and c) extremely effective. They do what they have to do very, very well. So unless you're a one percent or some other snob, buy them. You are absolutely amazing. And at this price? Even if they wear out quickly, who cares? Buy another pair!
