Review on ๐Ÿฑ Purina Fortiflora Feline Nutritional Supplement for Cats - Pack of 3 by Casey Collins

Something is wrong with this party.

I have been giving my cats Fortiflora for many years. Usually they like it but I think there is something wrong with this batch or it is fake. Fortiflora usually has an intense spicy smell. I opened 2 sachets and both had a very strange slightly sweet smell, the typical spicy smell was completely absent, the texture and color were different (much lighter brown), and there were strange white lumps in the powder. At first I didn't notice any bits or sweet smell, I just opened the first packet and started sprinkling it over the cat food. I noticed that it appeared to be a different color, then my cat, who was begging for food a moment earlier and normally loves FF, didn't touch it. Judging by the box the recipe hasn't changed so I suspect the boxes I received are either fake or a bad batch and I'm afraid to give my cats more (not that they would anyway would be interested in this batch). . I intend to call Purina to confirm that the serial numbers are theirs, but either way something is very wrong which is frustrating considering how expensive this thing is and that it's meant to be consumed by beloved furry family members. UPDATE: I called Purina. I gave them the product numbers on one of the boxes and they confirmed the box was theirs, but it wasn't supposed to look or smell like what I described. The support person was very nice. Looks like they are reviewing the case to see what could be wrong with the product I received.
