Suitable for large blocks
I use this for parmesan cheese. This is fine for large blocks, but if they come in smaller pieces, they'll cut into ribbons. I'm a very tech-savvy, non-clumsy person. Trust me you don't want to get this for cheese or small groceries that you need to store. It would be nice if there was something like a cheese vise. I had very uncomfortable, bloody sores on my knuckles.
