My bike gets wet in the rain, especially the seat and pannier. Fits well. The top case and windshield parts on display have no sealed seams. how much or how much rain accumulated moisture and how much leakage is not determined, but the bottom line is the bike is not dry. I've had others that protected the bike much better. UPDATE: The seller asked me for a better rating. I bought a second one. The first lasted 2 1/2 years with constant outdoor exposure in Northern California. This was neither unexpected nor disappointing. I recommend this because it fits the top box perfectly and the only other product I could find was a few bucks more expensive and out of stock. I didn't mention in the first review that I returned one because it came with a split stitch and instead of sewing it myself I exchanged it. This and the first one still required some sewing to close the seam at the end of the top drawer zipper, which is a large opening that doesn't keep out rain. So I will put another star for good and probably buy another one in 2 years if I still have this scooter.
