Very cute for collars, harnesses and leashes
My sweet girl looks adorable in this collar perfect for spring. She is 9 months old and weighs 27 pounds and the small size was actually good for her, as she grows a little more I will have room to extend the collar. I would not buy this size for a chihuahua or smaller dog, I would go for XS. The loop is detachable, but that doesn't bother her as it's not too bulky or uncomfortable. She seems comfortable in this collar.
