The imprint is too small.
I was surprised when I received this and saw that the font was too small. I wear reading glasses, but not when cooking. So for this table to be useful, I have to wear reading glasses, and I still have to squint to read it. Overall this is a good chart but too small. It would be great if it was twice the size and twice the size of the print. By the way: some times are wrong, depending on which fryer you have and how many watts it has. I also want to write on this chart to change the time that doesn't match my fryer.
