Wrong picture - NON-SLIP VERSION!

The Imak Ergobead Non-Slip Wrist Pad is a great product. I'm on my laptop all the time, a Macbook Pro with a solid aluminum corner that sits on your wrist. About a year ago I noticed the first symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and looked to Fry for wrist guards. I didn't like any of them except this one. additionally with non-slip surface. After moving, I lost it and tried to live without it, and I can't - it's necessary to work at home. So I looked here at Revain because I haven't seen it in any of the local stores (no Fry here) and here it is. There are several on the list, but this was the only one eligible for Revain Prime. It doesn't say it's an anti-slip coating, but there really isn't much description. So I looked at the photos provided. The second picture clearly shows the non-slip surface. Great I thought, an exact replacement for less than what I paid at Fry's and "free" prime shipping. It arrived today and is not the same product as pictured. It does not have a non-slip surface. Depending on your settings and habits, this may not be a problem. This is still the best wrist support system out there. But I really, really liked the non-slip surface and that means a lot to me. Let me reiterate: *This is not the item shown in the second photo - it doesn't have a non-slip surface!*I think it's partly my fault for ordering the wrong item, but with a little description and a Image of a completely different product, I want to warn others as it's easy to get caught. Pay the shipping cost of third-party who have non-slip version, it's worth it. I hope this seller will update the listing. Turns out a friend "borrowed" my original anti-slip plate and they don't mind the anti-slip plate, so I give them these and get my anti-slip plate back. So it turns out I was fine and don't have to worry about returning it, but if you're new to wrist guards, be careful what you order and spend the extra for a non-slip surface.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • expensive insurance
