I have used Red Heart yarn for many, many years and have never been more disappointed with their product than I have with this one. I don't know if I had a bad batch or if it was that particular color, but I've only had issues with it from the start. I'm on DAY 7 right now on a project I've done a few times (it doesn't take more than 3 days to finish) and it's not finished yet. I had to work very slowly or the crochet hook would catch on the yarn (where it otherwise slides easily). Also, it doesn't stretch well, sometimes it stretches and sometimes it doesn't, it gets too thick and difficult to work with, or it gets so thin it's like working with a strand of hair. I bought 3 skeins but decided I had had enough of this yarn and sent back the skein that hadn't broken yet. The two strands I used, I'm almost ready to take them outside, toss them in the backyard burner, and strike a match. Anyway, it was a waste of money and at this point it might have saved me my frustration watching it burn.
