I was happy to upgrade my house to a mesh network with a wireless router and a repeater setup, but I can't use this product at all. The only way to install and configure the mesh network is to install the Deco app, and in order to use the app you must agree to the terms of the end user agreement. The terms are apparently subject to change after you agree, but as I proceeded with the installation, it was clearly stated that my browsing history, device locations, sensor information, and pretty much everything else would be collected by TP Link. No thank you! It appears that the primary revenue stream for these products is selling consumer data rather than creating a product that ensures customer privacy.
