Review on AccelCRM by Jeff Grindley

I have used this tool before in another organization, so it was easy transition from previous product into new version of software with all bells & whistles (as well as other features!). It can take some time figuring out how everything works together! The interface may be confusing at first glance if you do not know what each section does or where things are located - however once one finds their way around they will find its very intuitive!! Also there isn't much training available online about using accelorm products; but when we did get help through our account manager he helped us figure many problems ourselves by asking questions via chat/email etc.. This has led me personally away form more expensive services offered elsewhere because i've learned enough myself without needing someone else's assistance which helps save money too.
