Disappointing Service, H2Ocean

It breaks my heart as a writer to say this, but my time with H2Ocean was completely unsatisfactory. In spite of the company's apparent dedication to the skin care, piercing, and tattooing industries, the quality of its products was disappointing. The first problem I had was with the tattoo aftercare items they sold. I used the aftercare product they suggested, but it didn't help with the severe itching and irritation I was experiencing. I also had a slight infection immediately after getting my tattoo, so I can't say that their product does what it claims to do in terms of minimizing the risk of infection. Even the aftercare products they sold for piercings were subpar. I took all the precautions they suggested, but my piercing still became infected and red, bloated, and painful. There was no resolution to my issue and only useless comments from their customer support team when I called. In my experience with their skin care products, they fell short of my expectations. Although their products were mild, they did little to address my skin issues. In the end, I was really dissatisfied with H2Ocean. While their products look good on paper, they fall short of their claims in practice. I was angry and disappointed by their ineffective aftercare goods and their unhelpful customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot endorse H2Ocean.
