After reading reviews, watching videos and searching the forums, there has been some confusion as to whether the 2013 Ram has any of these. IT DOES! I even bought a fan in case that doesn't work. I installed this first, with an old fan, big difference in airflow. High AC with recirculation increased by about 30%. I also changed the fan, why not? The new fan didn't change anything, but became a little quieter. When in doubt, buy both for less than $60 in parts and about an hour's labor. (Mainly because I'm a big guy and it's not easy for me to fit in.) It cost me almost $400. fan + resistor.
