I like that you can see what products are selling best (in terms of profit) at each location so we know which locations need attention right away! The "heat map" feature is very useful for seeing where problems exist within an entire market area instead if just one specific point or groupings thereof - it helps us narrow down our focus by region!! Not much dislike about this system as far has i've seen thusfar -- but there may be something somewhere? If not implemented correctly from day 1 they'll have serious performance challenges throughout their implementation period--which usually lasts several years given how complex retail environments tend ot get/get harder over those periods.. I like that it is very easy for our staff to use this system because they are used to computers. It also works well at scanning barcodes from their phones so there's no need to go back into the office. There isn't much you can dislike about this program but if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask me! The best thing about this product has been its ease of implementation. We've had great success using it since we started.
