I love this mouse! Bought because my previous m720 triathlon was outdated and not working properly. A similar feature that both have is the ability to connect to multiple devices. However, this mouse is much lighter and smaller, which makes it easier to use when you travel a lot and your hand rests perfectly on it. Never hurt my wrist from daily use. I like the color choices and the ability to recharge the battery instead of constantly buying new ones. The only downside to this is that you have to flip it over and select channel 1, 2 or 3 on the bottom of the mouse if you want to use it with other devices. I assume they left that option to toggle between channels using one of the top buttons (e.g. M720 Triathlon).
