This kit is just perfect. I recommend it! I have the 40/60 version and the pressure switch is relatively accurate, just above normal. It has everything you need to connect a new accumulator to your system. Any time you replace a pressure vessel, you really need to replace all of these components. I didn't realize how bad the original pressure switch and gauge had gone. All you need is some decent teflon tape or, as I prefer, good quality teflon tubing. The bonus Teflon tape was workable I think, but I prefer better stuff. I'm old school so I use Tube Lube. I've seen a few negative reviews on here about the gauge that comes with it and it's not accurate and while it's not a high quality liquid filled gauge it seems to work well, seems reasonably accurate and gets the job done. No complaints. I also want to point out that the bundling style of this t-shirt is a solution I didn't know I needed until I used it. It's so nice to be able to adjust the angle/position of the tee without fumbling with the threads that go into the tank. Definitely a savior! I wanted to purchase these items including the tee, pressure switch etc from a local big store. but of course they didn't have everything I needed. And this solution turned out to be much cheaper than buying them individually in the store. Another thing you might want to consider is getting a T-connector instead of using a relief valve. I just did this because I don't have room to vent the valve if it bursts. (My system is under my house in the basement. Not where I need water.) So you'll need to find a 1/2 NPT connector if you're doing what I did. Just note that the flapper valve is there for a reason. As for the pressure vessel, you'd better get it locally because the shipping will eat you up and of course they have to hide that in the price. .
