I was looking for something to put on my front door to keep salesmen from looking in mostly. I wanted to keep some natural light coming in so curtains were not for me. I found this online and figured for the price I'd give it a try. I was surprised how easy the install was and how great it looks. I followed the directions and it was great. I cut the film a little larger than the window, cleaned the glass well with glass cleaner, then sprayed a mixture of dish soap and water on the window. I put the film on and used a very sharp exacto knife for the finish trimming. Then I smoothed it out with an old credit card. Once the soapy solution dried it looked like a professional did it. No bubbles. So far it has stayed in place for about six months and no sign of coming off.
