This handsome man was carrying my laptop, surface pro (tablet), power bank, power cord, hoodie, shoes, sunscreen, glasses etc etc .etc I could almost leave my carry-on at home, it went through the laptop flap (back) security system, but the laptop was still in place (as and expected, Surface Pro was supposed to come out). It's pretty easy to store everything (i.e. not to be confused with similar bags) and keep everything in order. It has practical and comfortable handles or straps and stands out from the crowd, so the risk of reaching a bag is minimal. the wrong backpack in a crowded airport. My only "complaint" is that it doesn't hold its shape well when freed from large items (e.g. laptop, shoes) so it's not very practical to set it up against a wall when removing it will. a small complaint given the amazing functionality, capacity, looks and quality.
