Slightly more compression than I expected from a medium support sports bra but I don't experience any pain while running/jumping or anything else It might be more helpful to those who do. Nice wide shoulder strap so it doesn't push out fat like the top of a muffin. Belts are sometimes fully or partially visible on tank tops, depending on the style, but this isn't usually a problem in casual wear. I would recommend tossing them in the washing machine in a lingerie mesh bag as I always end up with one or both cups slipping out during the wash and it's a hassle to find them later wherever they end up in the load. I love that they're washable and don't feel awful on days when it's particularly hot or humid (and I'm visiting again this summer in central Texas).
