I have severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and a small chest (5'1" with a small wrist). To really make sure it works I only bought one and only used it on one wrist. After four days it was fine I was so impressed that I bought another one for my other wrist.The lining makes it very comfortable.The velcro strap makes it easy to adjust to your wrist (just play around with it until you get the fit you want - and yes, it fits fits small wrists snugly without cutting through the velcro - again - just play around until you get the fit you want.) My hand/wrist feels freer, lighter and just better in every way, so I just did ordered one instead of the other. Also, it's really breathable and not really bulky! Very comfortable and efficient. Good product. You will be happy u And your hands/wrists will thank you so much!
