The outsole is made of hard, not soft rubber. Just for your information.
These aren't bad shoes but I bought them so I can reach down to the bottom of the pool for a practice session. The rubber is too hard, so I still slip. If you need them for some other purpose, they'll probably be great. Although they were a bit rough at the back of the heel. I wonder if I'll get blisters with more use. They're not very expensive, so worth a try.
