When I opened the package I was disappointed as it was thinner than I had hoped. I usually have dog beds that have a lot of support on the sides and bottom. I wanted to try this one as it fits my front seat and I really like how it fits around the headrest and backrest. My dog is medium sized and all the other beds with harnesses were so small she could barely fit. This one is big enough to cover the seat and fits great to leave room! At first I added more toppings but ended up pulling out what I added. My dog loves this bed! I was so sure I would return it but she loves it so much! The center bed slides out and she loves that she can slide it and fit her body between the pillow and the backrest. The only thing I don't like is that it ripped and badly torn after one wash. I wash dog beds often as she takes me to many places including work so the beds get dirty and this bed is unlikely to survive another wash. I'll probably sew it back together at the end as there are 2 tears and the fabric is flimsy, but it would be a good idea to wash the bed so it doesn't tear. Overall I think this is a great bed and my dog agrees! If you are looking for a bed that fits the entire seat and you have a dog that weighs over 10 pounds, this bed is for you. Would have liked more support around the edges but overall the bed is good.
