Just started cycling in cold weather and needed to stock up on essentials without breaking the bank. I didn't want to buy specific winter cycling shoes, so I bought these covers to put on my everyday cycling shoes. First, they fit and stayed unfussy throughout my trip. I don't wear thick socks with cycling shoes and they kept my toes and feet warm when I was riding in 35-38 degree temperatures and a decent headwind. I'm happy with them and glad I made the investment. Also, I will start wearing thin wool socks to keep my feet warm.
