Pretty good but not quite as 'nice'
Not quite what I had in mind. The wood feels quite hot. And the small tip that fits over the wooden handle slides off easily. Better quality would be hard to fix. But it does the job. I like the flat style so food is less likely to slide and turn. Of course, some meats will stretch and slide and twist no matter what. And they are not "beautiful". They are only functional.
